Our group is professionally managed through well qualified and experienced personnel in all arenas including engineering, finance and administration which is been made through the MIS. This has led to an efficient and effective working of us.

Mr. Amrish Agarwal, Chairman of the group. He got together with the group in the year 1969 and since then has been very closely associated with the business and is a major force in completion of several projects. Today he is the overall incharge of the group, looking after the finance and expansion programs of the group having experience of 37 years in the industry.

Mr. Ashok Agarwal, Managing Director, joined the group in 1977 and is looking after Taxation, Legal, Administration and technical approvals for the group projects.

Mr. Praful Agarwal, Executive Director, joined in 1978 and is currently addressing the operations of Gujarat. He will also be now overlooking the group’s projects in Hyderabad.

Mr. Ajay Agarwal, Jt. Managing Director, Started working with the group in 1985 and is looking after the Construction Division of the Group Companies and is responsible for efficient planning and timely completion of the projects. He is also given the responsibility of Hyderabad business.

The groups’ future vision, growth and trajectory is further infused by the arrivals of young blood in the organization. Mr. Ashish Agarwal, Mr. Akhil Agarwal, Mr. Nitish Agarwal and Mr. Rohan Agarwal have been very focused on the goal of the group and are independently handling various projects of the group in Mumbai & Ahmedabad. The freshness in the approach and the use and adaptability to the new technologies is clearly visible and has given the Modern outlook to the group.

A highly motivated team of qualified and experienced construction managers, engineers, supervisors, and sub - contractors form the backbone of the group. We have a highly qualified team of Engineers with vast and varied experience supported by a highly trained technical and commercial work force numbering more than 200. Support functions like HR, Finance, Accounts, Business Development, QA and Procurement are independently focused departments catering to the specific needs of the company.
